The CHAKRAS are the energy centres along the spine. Each chakra can be visualized as a lotus blossom with a different number of petals and in a different colour of the rainbow, starting with a red four-petalled lotus at the spine's base and crowned with a thousand petalled purple lotus at the top of the head.
