Do you do mail order?

Yes we do! You can download an order form here to use, or note down details of what you want on a peice of paper, and send us your details to the address on our "Contact us" page.

If you spend £20 or more when you purchase online (excluding p+p) we'll send you a free gift!

Is online shopping secure?

Yes it is very secure. All your details are fully encrypted when you send them, look for the "https" letters in the address bar, or the padlock at the bottom of your browser when you enter a secure area of this site.

Do you have a shop?

No we don't, we are an internet and mail order business.

Ordering help

You can place orders for the UK and Europe through our secure server using all the major credit/debit cards. All your address and credit card details are fully encrypted and only accessible by us when we make your order up. Your credit card statement will show as "Su Su Ma Ma World Wear" with the appropriate amount spent. We will never divulge any of your personal information to third parties, it's not very shanti and we wouldn't like it to happen to us either!

All orders are normally despatched within 5 working days of receipt.

Mail order - If you don't want to use online ordering we are quite happy to continue our mail order service. We accept all the major credit/debit cards, and of course cheques (Made payable to "Su Su Ma Ma World Wear"), postal orders (UK and international) and cash (please send by registered post) - you can calculate foreign currency to £ sterling by clicking here.

Please write clearly in your order, the product codes and sizes, price for each item, total price, and include postage £1.20 per item in the UK and £2.40 per item for Europe. All this information can be found by clicking on any item.

All postal charges include VAT at the standard rate.

All orders are normally despatched within 5 working days of receipt. Don't forget to include your address and contact information should any problems arise. DO NOT send credit card details via email!
