Terms and conditions of trade

Su Su Ma Ma is a fair trade company. A copy of our fair trade policy can be found here, or please write or telephone for a leaflet.

As far as possible, all items and sizes listed are kept in stock, and will be processed within 5 working days from receipt of order, subject to availability. Orders should normally take no longer than 7 days from receipt of order to delivery.

Please note that as this is a small business we are sometimes away on buying trips and cannot process orders during this time. At these times a note on this website and email responses will be posted.

Don't forget to include a contact number (telephone or e-mail) in the event that any garments or colourways are unavailable.
Unwanted items may be returned for a full refund or credit note, minus postage and packing, as long as they are received back in unworn condition within 10 days of receipt.
